We offer 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange items. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Worn, washed, or damaged items
Items without original tags
Items outside the 30-day window
Final sale or clearance items

How to Return

Step 1: Contact us at support@spoiledrotten.com or use our contact form

Step 2: We'll provide you with a return shipping label

Step 3: Pack your items securely and ship them back

Step 4: Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange

💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection. They're issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

🔄 Exchanges

Want a different size or color? Exchanges are available within our 30-day window.

Exchange Shipping: Customers pay for return shipping. Items must be in unworn condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll ship the replacement at no additional cost.
